The Personal Science Framework Compendium

The Personal Science Framework focuses on emotions and feelings, structured within various contexts and elements. It explores the biological, psychological, and social aspects of emotional self regulation, including how they are perceived, experienced, and expressed. The framework covers a range of emotions and further delves into theoretical research surrounding emotions. The Personal Science Framework currently consist of 49 domains and 129 elements, which breaks down the neural basis of emotions, emotional regulation, and the impact of emotions on decision-making and behavior. It touches upon different techniques for managing emotions and coping with difficult emotions. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities, students will gain a deeper understanding of emotions and how they shape our lives.
