This course equips participants with foundational skills to adapt, recover, and thrive amid life’s challenges. Through 12 one-hour sessions, topics such as self-regulation, growth mindset, boundary management, and creative coping are explored, empowering individuals to build confidence, manage stress, and maintain psychological well-being in dynamic environments.

Two Training Modes
The course is structured into four modules: Pre-Course Learning, Core Theory, Core Practice, and Post-Course Learning. Pre-Course Learning consists of five sessions while Core Theory has twelve sessions. Core Practice is divided into four sessions, while Post-Course Learning consists of six sessions. In total, the course consists of 30 sessions.
